Accidental Courtesy is Jason Jones’ third feature film as editor. Prior, he edited the recently released thriller Sun Choke and the improv drama Negative Space, additionally working as visual effects artist on both of those pictures. With Sound & Vision, Jason also edited the documentary short Judith, a portrait of 87-year-old Stutthof survivor Judith Meisel. And as segment editor, his CBS television show Game Changers went on to be nominated for a Daytime Emmy in children’s programming. Since his start as assistant editor at NYC advertising firm J. Walter Thompson, Jason’s career has spanned commercial, music video, sports media and animation.
Ben Barnes editing work includes the EI certified television shows BETA Records TV and Yo Gabba Gabba!. He has directed and edited behind-the-scenes featurettes on the special effects industry, including the practical effects created for Jurassic World and Terminator: Genisys. He also directs narrative projects and music videos, having collaborated with Busdriver, WHY?, Langhorne Slim, and members of Belle and Sebastian and TV On The Radio.
